Year 6 Teacher - Darlington
Salary: £120-150 per day
We are recruiting Year 6 Qualified Teachers to work in Primary Schools in the Darlington area for short term, day-to-day roles or can offer longer term opportunities.
Job Duties:
As a Year 6 Teacher, your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons to Year 6 students.
- Assessing student progress and providing feedback.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student learning.
- Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities.
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Education:
A relevant degree in Education or related field.
Experience:
Proven experience working with Key Stage 2 (KS2) students.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.
- Driving licence is preferred due to locations, but not essential.
