About us

Protocol Education is a specialist provider of classroom based staff to schools and academies in England. We provide our 4,000 clients with the full range of classroom based staff on both a temporary and permanent basis. Additionally, we provide teaching staff to international schools across the globe. 

Each year over 11,000 teachers, teaching assistants, SEND specialists, early years, one-to-one tuition staff, and intervention specialists work through Protocol Education on either a full-time or part-time basis to help children meet their education goals. Each one is met face to face by one of our staff and checked to ensure that they meet the DfE safeguarding standards.

Our national network of nearly 50 branches gives us superb local coverage to meet the recruitment needs of schools, while our international offices located in Australia, New Zealand and Canada are able to bring some of the best teaching talent from around the world to the UK.
