Protocol Education's specialist nursery consultants and teams can help your nursery stay fully staffed throughout the year. We can provide you with access to the full range of nursery and EYFS staff, including:

With our flexible approach to helping you stay fully staffed, we can help you overcome all of your staffing challenges.

Vetting & Safeguarding

We apply the highest standards possible to clearing staff.

  • All staff checked and vetted to DfE safeguarding standards - we are REC audited and accredited

  • Email booking confirmation (with photo ID), compliant with Ofsted checking requirements

  • Online access to historical safeguarding checks for all staff who have worked at your nursery

  • Availability lists of appropriately qualified staff to help you plug gaps and meet room ratio requirements

  • 7.00am to 6.30pm office hours - we're open to help when you need it

  • Early Years specific training courses and CPD for nursery workers

  • Subsidised access to CACHE Level 2 (Certificate in Introduction to Early Years Education & Care) and Level 3 (Diploma for the Early Years Workforce) qualifications

  • Regular Paediatric First Aid courses
