Manage Vacancies

Keeping track of your supply staff bookings is easy with your Client Lounge account. Your account allows you to view and amend details of forthcoming staff bookings at your school and submit new vacancies, from daily supply to long-term and permanent roles. You can also search and review the details of previously filled vacancies dating back to September 1st 2010.

Safeguarding, Reporting & Placement Documents

View evidence of safeguarding checks completed for all Protocol Education staff at your school. Records are searchable and include details of past bookings. You can also view and save placement documents and access custom reporting. Our safeguarding report is formatted to fit straight into your own record-keeping.

Statements and Invoices

Through your account, you have completely searchable access to your school’s statement and invoice history. Filtering allows you to isolate records from any time period and view and print individual invoices or credit notes.

Online Timesheets

Our online timesheet system allows you to easily review and approve timesheets for staff working at your school through your Client Lounge account. You can learn more about using online timesheets by downloading the user guide for schools.
