Primary School Teacher - Wiltshire and other surrounding areas (Mon-Fri 08:30-15:30)

Pay-Rate: £160-£210 per day (Subject to experience)

Location: SN9 - Wiltshire

This role will be a Temporary full-time position, starting in April until the the end of the summer term. 

Protocol Education are looking to recruit for a dedicated Primary School Teacher in Wiltshire within SN9 area. Our aim is to ensure we take on an enthusiastic Primary School Teacher that matches the schools values/beliefs, and is eager to make a fundamental influence whilst being adaptable and flexible. 

The class has 30 children in it, with 2 children with EHCPs. There is experienced TA support to the class teacher throughout each lesson, to help assist a diverse curriculum to the pupils. The school will provide the chosen candidate with full PPA, allowing the candidate to not have the pressure of an excessive workload. It's vital the applicant must be a a confident leader and is happy to face any challenges with confidence, fair and consistent management.

- Look to inspire children using various techniques, when in the learning environment in the aim of maximising their potential.

- Display various adaptability teaching and supportive methods to cater for each and every child

- Provide your own planning, marking and assessments for the children.

- Handle challenging situations with a variety of age groups within each class across the school spectrum

- Build but most importantly sustain interactions with students across all year groups

- Be part of parents evenings and attending staff meetings

- Work effectively with our extraordinary staff as part of a professional team to deliver first-class education

- Be passionate and eager to raise the methods of teaching and support
