Position: Year 4 Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance student understanding and facilitate active learning experiences.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of students.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience teaching Year 4 students, with a strong understanding of their developmental needs and learning styles.
  • Creative approach to teaching, with the ability to design innovative and interactive lessons.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage classroom activities and resources.
