Role and Responsibilities: As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the holistic development of each child. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Assessing and monitoring student progress.
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the well-being and academic success of students.
- Participating in school events and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 4 students.
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and prepare engaging and differentiated lessons.
