 We are a leading education agency dedicated to providing exceptional support to primary schools across Leeds. We are currently seeking compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our team on a flexible basis.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide invaluable support to teachers and pupils within primary school settings, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with classroom activities, including small group work, one-to-one support, and whole-class learning.
  • Support pupils with special educational needs, ensuring they are fully included in all aspects of school life.
  • Help to create engaging learning resources and assist in the preparation and tidying of classrooms.
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents to support the holistic development of each child.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with pupils and colleagues.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in children's lives.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments and with pupils of varying abilities.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
