Position Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant at Protocol Education, you'll be working in various educational settings, supporting teachers and students. This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to students' education while gaining valuable experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Classroom Support:

    • Assist teachers with lesson plans and activities.

    • Support students with SEND, adapting strategies to their needs.
  3. Behavioral Support:

    • Contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere and assist with behavior management.
  4. Administrative Tasks:

    • Help organize learning materials and maintain records.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in education is a plus.
  • Understanding of SEND needs is desirable.
