Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in the City of London. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the academic and personal development of students. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners and contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and implementing educational activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting is preferred.

- A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to support student learning.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
