Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN
  • Assisting with classroom activities and lessons
  • Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to implement individualized education plans
  • Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitoring and tracking student progress

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • A positive and proactive attitude
