Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA)

 

Protocol Education is excited to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our collaborative educational community. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons, adapting activities to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, reinforcing learning objectives and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
  • Contribute to the assessment process by providing feedback on student progress and maintaining accurate records.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and confidence in the learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in supporting teaching and learning (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with students across different age groups and abilities.
  • Passion for supporting the educational development and well-being of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
