We are currently seeking a special needs teaching assistant to join our team in Hillingdon. As a teaching assistant, you will have the chance to work with students who require extra support in their learning environment. No experience is required, but some knowledge of special needs is preferred.
Your role as a teaching assistant will involve working closely with classroom teachers to develop individualised learning plans for students. You will provide one-on-one attention to students and offer support in areas such as reading, writing, and math. In addition, you will assist with classroom management and help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
