A primary school in Ealing are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join their team of educators. Experience working as a teaching assistant is desirable. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for working with young children and be dedicated in aiding a child's development. This role is full-time, starting ASAP.

Qualities and Responsibilities:

  • To help in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources including the adjustment in classroom layout 
  • To feedback information to the Teacher in charge of the provision on the observed difficulties in understanding or skills 
  • To help individuals work as independently as possible 
  • Passionate and interested in working with children with special educational needs 
  • The ability to work well within a team 
  • To work to the direction of the teacher and to support the setup of individual schedules and work systems
  • Be confident in working with children
  • Be professional and passionate about supporting children within Education 
  • Have patience and be reliable 
  • Have good organisational skills
