Position Title: Teacher of Music
Location: East London, United Kingdom
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time (Flexible)
Salary: £130 - £180 per day, based on experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver a broad, balanced, and differentiated music curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and support their development.
- Foster a learning environment that encourages individual potential.
- Contribute to raising standards of student attainment.
- Engage in personal and academic growth opportunities.
- Manage operational and strategic planning, curriculum planning, staff development, and quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Provide pastoral support as a form tutor.
- Ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree.
- Demonstrate successful teaching experience at the secondary level, preferably in multi-ethnic urban schools.
- Understand effective teaching and learning practices.
- Have knowledge of National Curriculum requirements at KS3 and KS4.
- Possess strong communication, ICT, and time management skills.
- Ability to motivate students and foster positive relationships with all stakeholders.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
