Job Duties:

  • Assist classroom teacher in managing pupil behaviour
  • Support individual students or small groups with learning activities
  • Provide general classroom support
  • Help create a positive and safe learning environment

Requirements:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Experience working with children or young people

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Teaching Assistant qualification
  • First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a school setting, assisting teachers and students during school hours. The position is temporary and part-time, providing flexibility in working hours.
