Job Title: Supply Teacher

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students across various subjects and age groups
  • Follow lesson plans and curriculum guidelines provided by the school
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Education or relevant subject
  • Enhanced DBS check

Education:

  • Degree in Education or relevant subject
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience:

  • Experience in teaching or working with students in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of UK curriculum and educational standards

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
  • Good organisational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience in teaching different age groups

Working Conditions:

  • Full-Time hours with occasional requirement for extra hours
  • Work within school premises and adhere to school policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff members

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
