Protocol education is recruiting individuals who adapt well in new environments and are confident in managing behaviour to be cover supervisors in secondary schools across Camden. We believe sports graduates have positive transferable skills such as leadership and discipline, both of which are desirable in this role.
Cover supervisors oversea the class during the absence of the teacher. They are expected to manage behaviour and ensure a positive work environment is maintained. Currently across secondary schools in Newcastle there is a high demand for daily cover and to cover long-term sickness.
This is the perfect opportunity for individuals who wish to begin their career in education or who plan on going into education once they have finished their studies.

- Collaborate with teachers and SEN professionals to provide targeted support to students with special educational needs
- Assist in creating personalized learning plans and adapting materials to meet individual requirements

What We're Looking For:

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; training will be givien.
- A genuine interest in working in the field of special education
- Relevant certifications or qualifications are beneficial but not essential
- The role would be best suited for a graduate or someone with personal experience of SEND
