Role Overview: As a SEND Teacher, you will deliver top-notch education and support to students with diverse SEND requirements. Your mission is to create inclusive and engaging learning journeys that unlock the full potential of every student academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities: ✨ Tailor lessons to meet the unique learning needs of SEND students, using a variety of teaching methods and resources. ✨ Collaborate with SENCOs, Teaching Assistants, and external experts to develop personalised education plans for SEND students, ensuring their holistic development. ✨ Nurture a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, supported, and ready for success. ✨ Monitor student progress using assessment data and adjust teaching strategies to promote growth. ✨ Promote positive behaviour management and provide pastoral care, fostering a culture of empathy and well-being.

✅ Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with previous experience in SEND education, preferably in a similar setting. In-depth understanding of various SEND conditions, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Speech and Language Difficulties, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. ️ Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers. A passion for continuous professional development, with a willingness to seize every learning opportunity.
