The school caters for and works with students from Nursery through to Sixth Form with a range of learning levels and needs, ranging from Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities.

The role will consist of supporting students on a 1:1 and group basis, as well as supporting the Classroom Teacher with Behaviour Management and general tasks.

Any candidates who have graduated in any degree relevant with SEN or Education is suitable for the role. The school is also open to candidates who have a University Degree, regardless of subject, but particularly open to Psychology, Criminology, and Psychotherapy Graduates.

Any experienced or aspiring Teachers, Educational Psychologists or Behaviour Mentors are encouraged to apply.

About the Role:

  • Working with different abilities of students and supporting needs such as Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs.
  • Supporting students ranging from Nursery – Key Stage 5.

  • Enthusiastic, Reliable and Empathetic.
  • Must be able to work well and coordinate with a team of Teaching Assistants and Teachers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
