Position: Spanish Teacher Location: Central Leeds, United Kingdom Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview: As a Spanish Teacher at our school, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Spanish language instruction to students of all levels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging Spanish lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to excel.
  • Implementing innovative teaching strategies and resources to enhance students' language proficiency.
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to promote cross-curricular initiatives and cultural enrichment activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Specialization in Spanish language teaching, with a strong command of the language.
  • Experience teaching Spanish at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 is preferred.
  • Ability to inspire and engage students through dynamic and creative teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Commitment to promoting the value of language learning and cultural awareness.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
