Join Our Team as a Passionate and Dedicated Creative Teaching Assistant in Sunderland

 

Protocol Education, a leading education staffing agency in the UK, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Creative Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, fostering a positive and empowering learning environment.

Your Role:

  • Be present in the classroom during all curriculum sessions in Sunderland.
  • Provide support to small groups of students with SEND or SEMH requirements.
  • Offer personalised assistance to individuals with tailored learning approaches.
  • Collaborate with students, staff, and parents to create an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid right to work in the UK.
  • Current or willingness to obtain an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • A positive role model with a friendly, approachable, and patient demeanour.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing situations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
