Protocol Education is on the lookout for vibrant and motivated Teaching Assistants to join our team based in Sunderland.

We seek individuals who are fervent about championing children's rights to equal opportunities, including those with Autism and other special needs.

In this role, you'll be responsible for offering one-on-one support and aiding students in need of extra academic assistance.

Your duties will encompass:

  1. Supporting classroom teaching activities.
  2. Assisting students in their academic advancement.
  3. Providing individualized assistance to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Requirements:

  1. Eligibility to work in the UK.
  2. Ability to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  3. Dedication to pursuing a career in education.
  4. Proficiency in verbal and non-verbal communication.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
