Do you have experience working with Autistic/ADHD children?

As a SEND teaching assistant your primary responsibility is to provide teaching support and additional support to children that require. This position plays a key role in helping children complete their work and providing additional support to children in the school activities on a day-to-day basis. This can include working one on one with a child or working with a small group of students in helping assist to their needs. This is an exciting position that allows you to help shape and develop the lives of students with additional needs allowing them to reach their academic and personal potential.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • A Previous work experience or a strong desire to work with students with additional needs.
  • Be a calm and patient person that has the ability to de-escalate possible challenging situations.
  • Being able to work individually or as part of a team.
  • To demonstrate flexibility and resilience to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
