Protocol Education are currently recruiting a SEND Class Teacher with QTS, to join a thriving SEND school in the Epping area- to start September.

 

The school focuses on a holistic approach to learning and uses sensory and therapy strategies in their daily timetable to combine an individualised curriculum and calm and purposeful environment. This specialist setting caters for pupuls aged 3-19 years who have severe and complex needs (SLD/PMLD). The school have a bespoke curriculum that focuses on a pupil’s immediate learning needs and long-term aspirations and creatively explores ways to remove barriers to engagement and learning, and they are committed to providing the support and resources necessary to help you thrive in your role.

 

The role-


• Support children with SLD and complex needs, providing individualised attention and care.


• Deliver a bespoke curriculum tailored to the specific needs of our students through our Learning Pathway approach.


• Collaborate with a team of skilled teaching assistants, to ensure each child receives the support they require.


• Assist students with personal care needs, showing a willingness to provide necessary support.


• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging the social and emotional development of each child.

 

Pay: MPS + SEN1 Allowance.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
