Job Overview:

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants and SEND Support staff. As a key member of the education community, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs and ensuring an inclusive and enriching educational experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other support staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
  • Encourage and facilitate the social and emotional development of students.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with students with SEND is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational development of all students.
  • Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students and contribute to an inclusive learning environment.
