At Protocol Education we are currently looking for resilient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work full time at a well-established SEN/ SEMH schools in Leeds

About the role:

Our SEN/ SEMH TA duties can include:

  • Working with small groups of pupils.
  • Working with SEN students.
  • Providing intervention support.
  • 1:1 support for SEND and lower ability pupils.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Some experience of working with children or in a school (Not essential).
  • Experience with SEN students (desirable).
  • A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils.
  • Have a passion for working with children with adverse backgrounds.
  • Be empathetic, patient, and caring.
  • Creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils.
  • Some knowledge of basic core subjects.
