We are exclusively working with a primary school in Rusholme who need a teaching assistant ASAP.
We have had positive feedback from all the staff who have been placed there, as the school is in the heart of the community and diverse.
Ideal candidate would have experience of working with children who have complex SEND needs however if you have a positive attitude and an understanding of working with children who have special educational needs, I encourage you to apply.
School timings are 8:30-15:30 (with 30 mins lunch) and are looking for three teaching assistants:
1-1 SEND TA to work with a child who is non-verbal and has down syndrome.
EYFS General Teaching Assistant for a class for up to 25 children with a range of different needs, for example, Diagnosed and Undiagnosed Autism, Low Level Ability, ADHD, partially sighted and hearing impaired.
KS1 Class Teaching Assistant to help the teacher plan the activities for a day and potentially lead interventions.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide:
•Right to Work in UK
•Have a child only DBS (Or be willing to apply for one)
•2 Proof’s of Address
•Proof of ID
•Overseas Police Check or Police Character Certificate (If required)
•2 Professional Referencesand a Letter of Professional Conduct.
