About the Role:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Compassion, patience, and empathy, driven by a genuine passion for supporting students with SEMH challenges.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the diverse needs of students across different age groups and abilities.
  • A valid enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or a willingness to obtain one.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
