Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work as a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant in various SEN specialist schools and provisions.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist in implementing individualized education plans and behavior support strategies.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and academic progress.

Requirements: We are looking for individuals who:

  • Possess empathy, patience, and adaptability.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are available to work between 08:30 and 16:00, with flexible options for part-time or full-time roles.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
