Opportunities Available:

1. SEN Teacher – Salary: £35,000-£46001 - (QTS)

          i.               Craft and deliver cross-curricular lessons tailored to students with various SEN types, fostering a supportive atmosphere.

        ii.               Prioritize fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to unlock each student's potential.

      iii.               Collaboration with Teaching Assistants and participation in departmental meetings to fuel innovation.

 

2. Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant Salary: £23,933-£25,482 - SEND Diploma Levels 2, 3, and 4, or equivalent

          i.               Play a pivotal role in providing dedicated support to students with diverse SEN requirements.

        ii.               Implement personalized educational plans, nurture positive relationships, and enhance overall student well-being.

      iii.               Engage empathetically with students and create inclusive learning environments tailored to individual needs.

 

Qualities We're Looking For:

          i.               Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of SEN students.

        ii.               Strong background in caring roles, with previous experience as an SEN student being ideal.

      iii.               Commitment to creating inclusive learning environments and ability to engage empathetically with students.

      iv.               Excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a resilient, positive nature.

 

Requirements:

          i.               Qualified teacher status (QTS) for SEN Teacher role.

        ii.               SEND Diploma Levels 2, 3, and 4, or equivalent qualifications for SEN Teaching Assistant role.

      iii.               Enhanced child DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
