About the Role:

As a Special Needs Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a child with Emotional Needs, helping them overcome challenges and thrive in a classroom setting. Your responsibilities will include:

Building a trusting relationship with the child, providing emotional support and encouragement. Implementing strategies to help the child manage their emotions and behavior effectively. Collaborating with teachers and therapists to develop and implement personalized support plans. Creating a safe and nurturing environment where the child feels secure and confident. Monitoring the child's progress and adapting support strategies as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with emotional needs is preferred but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs. Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training.
