Protocol Education are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time basis and start in Feb 2024 at a Primary School in Islington.

This is a full-time role, working Monday - Friday. The working hours are 8:30-16:00.

You will be required to work in a KS2 class, with a full class of 30 students and the class teacher. You will be required to support the students and teacher to the best of your ability.

This position is to start after the Easter holidays.

  • To help in the preparation and organisation of the classroom resources
  • To support the whole class and class teachers
  • To help organise and prepare the classrom before and after lessons
  • To help the students work as independently as possible
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • Patient and understanding approach
  • Able to commit to the whole academic year until July 2024

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
