Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing tailored support to students with SEN, both in and out of the classroom
  • Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to create inclusive learning environments
  • Supporting students with their academic and social development
  • Monitoring and recording student progress and achievements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and patient approach to working with children
  • A desire to learn and develop professionally within the education sector
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment
