Role Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with special educational needs in classroom settings.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized learning plans tailored to each student's requirements.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the development of key skills and independence.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Support students with personal care and mobility needs as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs is desirable.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to promoting the well-being and development of all students.
