Salary Range: £34,514 - £51,179 (TCT1 – TCT14)

Currently, we're on the lookout for a SEN Teacher to become a valued member of our warm, tight-knit community and provide support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Whether you're a qualified teacher or someone eager to undergo training with us over two years, we welcome your application. Qualified teachers can anticipate a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) focused on enhancing mathematics education for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) throughout our program.

The ideal candidates will possess the ability to inspire and encourage students, nurturing meaningful progress while elevating achievement levels and self-confidence. Proficiency in behavior management and experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are crucial, as is certification or a willingness to undergo training in and utilize Team Teach techniques.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
