Salary Range: £34,514 - £51,179 (TCT1 – TCT14)

Operating as a multi-site Alternative Provision for children and young people with complex needs in Hounslow, we pride ourselves on providing vital services to families and schools. We're looking for dedicated, patient individuals who believe in the value of every child and are committed to our pupils' success.

We're currently seeking a SEN Teacher to join our friendly, close-knit team and support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Whether you're a qualified teacher or someone with the ambition to train with us over two years, we welcome your application. Qualified teachers can expect a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) with a focus on developing maths for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across our service.

Ideal candidates will possess the ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering meaningful outcomes while raising achievement levels and self-esteem. Strong behavior management skills and experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are essential, as is certification or a willingness to train in and utilize Team Teach techniques.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
