Qualities That Ensure Success:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or possess equivalent experience working with autistic youth.

• Hold or be willing to obtain Enhanced child DBS clearance.

• Comprehensive understanding of various SEN types including ADHD, ASC, SEMH, SEND, SLCN.

• Proficiency in subject matter and the ability to deliver compelling lessons.

• Passion for education and a commitment to unlocking each student's potential.

• Demonstrated skills in behavior management and adapting lessons for diverse learning styles.

• Resilient, positive demeanor, and an eagerness to make a meaningful impact.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
