Qualities That Spell Success:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent experience working with autistic young people.
  • Enhanced child DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
  • Understanding of various SEN types including ADHD, ASC, SEMH, SEND, SLCN.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
  • Passion for education and unlocking the potential in each student.
  • Proven behaviour management skills and the ability to differentiate lessons for diverse learning styles.
  • Resilient, positive nature, and enthusiasm for making a meaningful impact.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
