Position: SEN Learning Support Assistant (Bexley)
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, School Hours
Daily Rate: £80 - £115 PAYE (dependent on experience)

About the Role: As a Primary SEN Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing personalized support to students with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include providing 1:1 support, delivering engaging activities, and assisting students in working towards their therapy targets. You'll collaborate closely with the class teacher and be available at least 3 days per week to ensure the students receive the support they need to succeed.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Genuine passion and interest in supporting children with special educational needs.
- Patient and understanding approach to student learning and development.
- Immediate availability to start as soon as possible.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
