SEMH Primary Teacher! 

We are seeking a highly effective Class Teacher to deliver curriculum subjects at to students within a specialist school in Harlow.

A school that caters to the needs of mixed sex pupils aged 4 to 19 with a primary diagnosis of social, emotional and mental health needs. This well-resourced school has a high ratio of student to staff with small class sizes and a curriculum that is bespoke to needs of the children and young people.

The school provides meaningful, positive personalised educational opportunities for dis-engaged pupils who are being prepared to be re-integrated back into mainstream setting. Within this education setting, residential and therapeutic practitioners work together collaboratively with a focus on promoting students' well-being encouraging resilience and supporting their holistic growth.

The school delivers full time education and covers both academic and vocational subjects in line with national benchmarks. We deliver differentiated teaching and learning activities within small groups in a purpose-built environment.

The successful class teacher will need to be motivated and enthusiastic with strong pedagogical skills.
