Protocol Education is recruiting a qualified PE Teacher to be based in one of the schools we have a fantastic partnership with in Middlesbrough. Must live in the Middlesbrough area or be able to commute. Pay is negotiable and would need to be able to work full time Monday to Friday 8.30am until  4pm.

The school is an alternative SEN Provision and you will need to have experience of children with challenging behaviour therefore being resiliant will be a key attribute.

The role:

  • Design and deliver PE content to key stage 3 and 4.
  • Assess and monitor progress.
  • Provide feedback to students and put into place a plan of action to aid the achievement of target grades.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Interact with students, staff, and parents.

Role requirements:

  • QTS or ECT
  • Have experience teaching key stage 3 and 4.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS.
  • Knowledge of the GCSE PE curriculum.
  • Positive communication skills.
  • Friendly and approachable individual.
