Secondary History Teacher

Position: History Teacher
Location: Boston / Spalding
Pay: £120-200 daily rate (Depending on experience and Qualification)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and lessons for secondary students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' work, ensuring their continuous growth and development.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as clubs, and competitions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and promote interdisciplinary learning.
Requirements:
- Valid teaching certification for secondary education UK (PGCE or QTS).
- Bachelor’s degree in history or related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience teaching at the secondary level (preferred).
- Local to Boston/Spalding area (driver is preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Hold an Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
