We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Technology Teacher to join our dynamic team at Protocol Education for the Boston / Spalding area. We can offer both short-term and long-term roles to suit your needs; a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified teacher to engage, inspire, and educate our students while enjoying a great work-life balance. 

The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching Technology subjects and the ability to create a stimulating learning environment.  

 

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Specialism or strong subject knowledge in Technology, Design, or related fields.
  • Experience teaching Technology subjects at Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum for Technology and its assessment framework.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Technology subjects that promote student engagement and achievement.
  • Assess and provide feedback on students' progress, maintaining accurate records of their achievements.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching techniques, resources, and technology to deliver interactive and dynamic lessons.
  • Manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
