You will work alongside the Head of Science in supporting the leadership and management of the department, taking responsibility for the design, delivery and impact of the curriculum and quality of teaching to ensure that outcomes continue to improve.

You will monitor, manage, and support the performance of teaching staff across the department. You will be an excellent and innovative practitioner who is committed to promoting the achievement and enjoyment of all learners, and to the on-going professional development of colleagues in the Science team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
