Main Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate School vehicles along designated routes, ensuring punctual transportation of students.
  • Maintain cleanliness and conduct regular inspections of the School Vehicle.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and students when necessary.
  • Record any incidents accurately for follow-up actions.
  • Adhere to traffic regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws.

Criteria:

  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and approach.
  • Exceptional attendance and punctuality record.
  • Attention to detail and flexibility in working hours.
  • Valid full driving licence with Category D endorsement.
  • Experience driving minibuses preferred but not essential.

About the Role:

  • Term-time only position with flexible working hours.
  • Additional shifts may be available during evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
  • Hourly rate: £11.00 - 13.00
