About the Role:

As a School Business Manager with Protocol Education, you will play an integral role in the strategic and operational management of mainstream primary schools in Enfield.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting, ensuring efficient resource allocation for the school's success.

  2. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including facilities, human resources, and administrative functions, to create a conducive learning environment.

  3. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's strategic vision, goals, and policies.

  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build positive relationships with staff, parents, and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive school community.

  5. Compliance and Governance: Ensure the school adheres to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of governance.

Qualifications and Experience:
