Job Duties:

  • Manage school office operations including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling enquiries
  • Assist in student enrolment and registration processes
  • Maintain student records and databases accurately
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for school staff
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Support school events and activities as required

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics

Education:

Relevant administrative qualification is desirable

Experience:

Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with school management systems

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a school office environment, interacting with students, parents, and staff members on a daily basis. The position may require occasional evening or weekend work to support school events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
