Are you an experienced school administrator seeking flexible work opportunities? Join our team as a supply school administrator and make a difference in education! Protocol Education are currently working with a school in BD5 that require a skilled individual with a strong administrative background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing student records, including enrolment, attendance, and academic progress tracking
  • Assisting with the organization of school events, meetings, and appointments
  • Handling school communications, both internal and external, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Providing administrative support to teaching staff, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
  • Ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures regarding student welfare and safeguarding

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in school administration or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Knowledge of school policies and procedures is desirable
