I am recruiting for an experienced School Administrator who is passionate about the organisation of a school office who has a high level attention to detail and able to work in a fast paced environment. Working hours would be Monday to Friday 8.30 till 16.00.

 

About the Role

  • Able to deal with incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Manage and keep effective record keeping, correspondence and scheduling
  • Be the first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors
  • Able to resolve enquires quickly and effectively giving excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate student records that adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and events and ensure there is effective communication
  • Able to collaborate with staff members to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the schools administration policies and procedures

Requirements

To be considered for the School Administrator role you will:

  • Have experience working within a school office or of a similar field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and other software applications is a must
  • Strong organisational skills as this can be a fast paced environment and may need to handle various tasks at once, therefore attention to detail is of high importance
  • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbally and have the ability in interact with all stakeholders
  • Qualifications in administration is deseried but not essential
